Beyond screens and batteries: Pixel 11 Pro repairs

Not charging or charging port
If your Pixel 11 Pro only charges when the cable sits at an angle, the charging port is probably full of pocket lint or worn out. We clean it first, and only replace the port when cleaning doesn't fix it.
Water damage
Liquid causes corrosion that gets worse every hour. If your Pixel 11 Pro got wet, switch it off and bring it in. We open it, clean the board and tell you what we find.
Motherboard and no power
No power, stuck on the logo or restarting by itself? We diagnose Pixel 11 Pro logic board faults and do board-level repairs where a fix is possible.
Data recovery
A broken screen or dead board doesn't always mean your data is lost. We try to get your photos and messages off the Pixel 11 Pro first.

Do I need to book?
Send us an SMS first so we can confirm we have your part in stock. We'll tell you when to drop it off.
Will I lose my photos and data?
A screen or battery replacement doesn't erase your device. We still recommend a backup before any repair.
What does the warranty cover?
Screens and most repairs have a 3 month warranty, and batteries have 6 months. It covers faults with the part. It doesn't cover new physical damage, such as a drop, or water damage.
How much do you charge to check my device?
Nothing. We don't charge a diagnostic fee.
