Will I lose my photos and data?
A screen or battery replacement doesn't erase your device. We still recommend a backup before any repair.
What does the warranty cover?
Screens and most repairs have a 3 month warranty, and batteries have 6 months. It covers faults with the part. It doesn't cover new physical damage, such as a drop, or water damage.
Are your Samsung screens genuine?
Yes. We fit genuine Samsung screens, either refurbished or new service pack parts. The price box shows which one we use for your model.
How much do you charge to check my device?
Nothing. We don't charge a diagnostic fee.
